The Select Group Business Analyst in Greenwood Village, Colorado

BUSINESS ANALYST - DIGITAL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Our client in Greenwood Village, CO is looking to bring on a qualified individual for a long term contract engagement to support their digital software development projects.

This position is responsible for analyzing process and client facing functionality to drive value and reach business objectives. This role requires an understanding of agile development processes, operations of a large enterprise, and data analytics for digital products. This position will collaborate with our product owners to define and drive key analytics and accessibility functionality for our enterprise portal.

Must Have Skills:

  • 2-8 years of Business Analysis experience
  • Experience working with digital software development teams and agile development processes
  • Experience creating business requirements and user stories
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data - familiar/experience working with data systems (ideally Tableau and Adobe Analytics)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of management and company personnel

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Product owner experience/knowledge

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to enhance the client experience
  • Work with product owners and business partners to analyze requirements and recommend improvements to product processes
  • Compile, analyze, represent, and drive analytics and accessibility requirements for digital product functionality
  • Ensure requirements are met and work is completed on time
  • Support development partners in capturing and reviewing new work
  • May make recommendations for improvements to process to increase output
  • Perform other duties as requested
