Insight Global J-1 Program Leader in Greenville, South Carolina
Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a J-1 Program Leader to drive the success of their exchange programs. This Leader will be responsible for overseeing the operations and management of their J-1 exchange visitor programs, including the teacher, intern, and trainee programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the industry, a proven track record of placing exchange visitors, and strong operational and financial management skills.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the placement of 5,000 exchange visitors in the U.S. per year
Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) and operations for the teacher, intern, and trainee programs
Serve as the Responsible Officer (RO) or Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) for the J-1 program
Develop and implement strategies to enhance program efficiency and participant satisfaction
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain program integrity
Collaborate with stakeholders to promote the program and attract high-quality participants
Provide leadership and support to the program team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Manage the Summer Work Travel program

Skills and Requirements
Experience with Summer Work Travel program management 5-10 years of experience in the J-1 exchange visitor industry
Proven track record of placing at least 5,000 exchange visitors in the U.S. per year
Experience managing P&L and operations for teacher, intern, and trainee programs
Previous experience as a Responsible Officer (RO) or Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO)
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills null
