Entry-Level Welder Job Details:

• Shift:1st shift, 10-hour days (5:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
• Employment Type:Full-time, temporary-to-hire

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Operate welding tools and determine the appropriate welding method for each task
• Measure materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Perform tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
• Work collaboratively in a supportive, growth-oriented environment
