Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Development/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong in engineering, project management, and product development, with a preference for experience in the automotive industry with aftermarket parts. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineers and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage product development projects from concept to completion.

• Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Utilize Agile methodologies and Jira for project planning and tracking.

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• BS Engineering

• 3-8 years experience

• Electrical Experience strongly preferred

• Product development/Project Management

• Automotive experience preferred

• Good communications skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $36.00/hr.
