Candidates must be willing to work every third Saturday. Job Responsibilities will include: 1. Answering incoming inquiries from customers via telephone, email or web chat. 2. Providing compassionate service by delivering first contact resolution for the customer. 3. Strengthening relationships by educating customer on products and services available. 4. Listening with care to customers and patiently and calmly respond to their needs/inquiries. 5. Meeting quality and efficiency requirements set forth by employer. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Previous customer service or call center experience required. Will be taking incoming telephone calls from customers and assisting them with answers to their questions regarding their bank account.
