JOB REQUIREMENTS: Location: Green Bay, WI, USA Shift: 1st Shift Work model: On-Site Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist in Green Bay to oversee and execute driver hiring strategies. The Talent Operations Specialist will be part of Schneider\'s Driver Recruiting team and will frequently meet with hiring managers; department leads and senior leaders to ensure driver capacity aligns with business needs. Responsibilities: Ensure driver hiring processes and workflows are being administered in a timely and compliant manner. Adhere to driver hiring plans and confirm they align with the business\' needs. Work with Driver Recruiting leaders on budgeting and staffing. Act as a liaison between Driver Recruiting and Operations. Create capacity strategies for new business wins. Develop and implement new recruiting strategies to meet business goals. Recommend improvements to human resources processes and procedures. Have a thorough understanding of the applicant pipeline at all times and offer suggestions for improvements. Skills and qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 2 years of recruiting, human resources or transportation experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
