Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Barbacks to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin for the 2025 NFL Draft and Football Season. As a Barback, you will contribute to the team's success by tracking and stocking inventory, delivering beverages, and providing excellent guest service and support to your team at all times. Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

$15.00 - $15.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Deliver beverages and other products throughout the facility in an efficient and timely manner

• Report all needed repairs to the supervisor

• Empty trash containers and delivers trash to appropriate dumpsters if needed

• Maintains bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments and supplies

• Helps clean and stores bar equipment and bar stock

• Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned

• Prepares and replenishes appetizers and/or garnishes as needed

• Performs other duties as assigned

More about you

• Must be at least 16 years old

• One-year previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar-type environment preferred

• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards

• Basic math skills, with ability to accurately account for inventory

• Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names

• Verbal communication skills; listening skills

• Must be able to work flexible schedule depending on Lambeau Field events

Physical requirements

• Ability to remain standing for entire length of shift

• Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions

• Ability to lift stock up to 50 lbs. occasionally

• Bar environment- noise level may be moderate to high during busy times
