What you will need:

  • RDCS registered.

  • BLS certification within first three months of employment. ACLS preferred. Minimum of three years experience directly related to Echocardiography.

  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Able to communicate effectively with individuals and groups representing diverse perspectives.What you will do:

  • Demonstrates a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a manner reflective of the MHP Promise and Trinity Health Mission and Values, as well as the Trinity Standards of Appearance, Attitude, Respect, Responsiveness, Communication and Courtesy.

  • Performs echocardiographic procedures as ordered by a physician to include TTE, Stress Echo and Dobutamine Echo. Gathers appropriate clinical history, cardiac related findings and pertinent laboratory data from patients, medical records and previous scans in order to adapt the imaging techniques to obtain comprehensive and diagnostic echolcardiographic information.

  • Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the needs of the age group served.

  • Selects and obtains recordings of the appropriate ultrasound images of the heart and related structures for the physician to interpret per Clinic protocol.
