Purpose of Position: Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and directing various project plans. Develops and maintains project plans, including details relating to resources required, timelines, schedules, budgets, and communications. Manage cross-functional projects by working directly with internal stakeholders and third parties. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project have been well-planned. Work within DortFCU's collaborative culture to create innovative solutions.

Minimum Formal Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, and Supply Chain and Operations Management or related field highly preferred. Equivalent educational and work experience may be considered.
  • Project Management Practitioner (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or ability to obtain within 12 months.

*Experience: *Minimum of three or more years of actual project management experience (with emphasis in a credit union or other financial institution) highly preferred. Experience with short range (one year) and long range (two to five years) planning preferred.
