About the job
As aRemote Sales Specialistwithin ourOperating Room Solutions (ORS)business area, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and increasing market share by promoting and selling Mölnlycke products within Sweden. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and profitability in the assigned territory by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand Mölnlycke’s customer base and increase product adoption.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Mölnlycke’s ORS products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to healthcare professionals.
Provide product training and support to customers, ensuring optimal product usage and patient outcomes.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Process and document sales processes in CRM system.

What you’ll need
Strong sales, product and clinical knowledge.
Experience in sales, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry. Any remote or inside sales experience is meritable.
Willingness to learn and grow
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ideally you love to communicate with people.
Team player and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Proficiency in Swedish and English.
Education background in business marketing preferable.
