Honeywell Sr. Production Planner in Golden Valley, Minnesota

Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking an Sr. Production Planner for our Golden Valley, MN location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•Develop and continuously improve planning processes

•Create consensus production plan

•Collaborate with supply planners and procurement to resolve and escalate issues with material availability

•Maintain accurate planning parameters / master data

•Close involvement in NPI and Product Lifecycle transitions

•Management of SAP Production orders (as required)

•Review of Capacity and Supply plans in program reviews and within the SIOP cycle

•Own Key Process Indicators (KPIs) - OTTR, Milestone Achievement, Clear to Build, and Site Inventory

•Adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Security procedures

•Engage in Honeywell Operating System

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment in a planning or scheduling role

• 2 + years of experience working with Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level (e.g. pivot tables, vlookups)

• Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

• Six Sigma Lean Expert or Green Belt certified

• SAP knowledge and use (or similar MRP/ERP system experience)

• Proficiency with other Microsoft applications (Word, Powerpoint, Project)

• SIOP knowledge

• APICS certification

• Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate

• Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers

• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills
