Responsibilities

  • Provide direct assistance to the program office supervision with a variety of tasks to including analysis, research, planning and task monitoring. Must be comfortable applying a detail-oriented approach to job activities and managing a variety of tasks in support of the supervisor

  • Assist the program office supervisor and the extended program office team with critical projects, as directed by the program supervisor

  • Assist with preparing and submitting program office-level communications and publications. Efforts to include coordinating across the program team and other stakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy of publications

  • Attend recurring meetings and capturing and tracking action items and deliverables

  • Facilitate, conduct, delegate, coordinate, track, analyze, validate, and/or carry out data calls, action items, and ensuring the timely submission of all responses

  • Keeping the Program supervisor, customers, and project team informed of the status of assigned projects

  • Responsible for preparing presentations and validating the accuracy of presentation. material content to ensure highly professional error-free presentations

  • Coordinate activities for ad hoc requests from internal and external customers

  • Maintain a collaborative environment with key stakeholders

  • Aggregate and submit recurring reports and updates to divisional leadership

  • Ability to prepare reports and documentation for teams SharePoint. Also help in preparing the presentations for client

Qualifications

  • Experience working with program management and very proficient with Microsoft Tools. (Ex: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint)

  • Must be able to work quickly with senior leaders with high degree of accuracy

  • Excellent writing skills and ability to produce polished written products. Prior experience as a technical writer is a plus

  • Nice to have: Knowledge of JIRA and Kanban boards (or) willingness to learn them

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in science (or) Arts and 5+ years’ work experience

    Clearance:

  • The ability to pass a Tier 1/Low Background Investigation

    Location:

  • 100% Remote, USA

  • Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Time)

    Pay Range:

  • The pay for this position ranges from $47,240 to $69,500

  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location

  • Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses
