  • First Shift / Monday - Friday

  • Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to fill a key position on our Operations team as an Inventory and Projects Lead at our Glenwillow, OH location.

As the Inventory and Projects Lead, you will oversee inventory accuracy and project builds. You will lead a team of 2 – 3 individuals, ensuring item/location accuracy and data integrity as well as perform various warehouse activities.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead, coordinate, and execute all client project builds and gift set requests

• Coordinate and document cycle count / physical count schedules and results

• Implement and enforce policies and procedures for inventory control

• Perform frequent cycle counts and item inspections

• Work closely with planning desk and production to resolve problem containers

• Utilize RF Scanners to consolidate and re-locate product

• Research physically and systematically inventory discrepancies

• Track and report damages and adjustments

• Perform full physical inventory counts

• Assist in other departments as needed

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

• Abide by all company safety and security guidelines

• Other duties as assigned

Who you are:

Candidates must possess highly developed sense of empathy, with a focus on ensuring the best experience for our partners, clients, and the end-consumer.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working in a warehouse, logistics and/or manufacturing setting.

• Experience operating reach truck forklift and order selector (cherry picker) strongly preferred

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Computer proficient including experience with databases and spreadsheets

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Experience working in a direct-to-consumer environment preferred
