Northrop Grumman is currently seeking an Order Administrator – Level 3 to join our Tactical Space Systems- Satellite Missions team in Dulles, VA or Gilbert, AZ. The preferred location for this role is Dulles, VA. May consider Gilber, AZ. Join the Space revolution and make the impossible, possible. #definingpossible
As an Order Administrator you will partner with the Contracts team to validate and verify contract order data. You will maintain contract records, and utilize our Contract Management System and ERP Costpoint database. You will also support SOX activities and audits.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
Enters data related to customer contracts for commercial, government, domestic and international customers into applicable business systems using defined computer software
Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
Validates data with applicable customer purchase documents and internal policies, procedures and business system requirements for completeness and accuracy
Investigates questionable data and recommends actions to resolve discrepancies
Notify appropriate departments of any new or updated data.
Maintain audit trails.
Perform a variety of activities in support of the functional areas of Business Management in furtherance of their goals and initiatives.

What You Bring to the Table - Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of work experience
No clearance required to start
Experience with MS Office and working with databases
Experience with government contracting.
Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR or government acquisition regulations.
Experience with financial reporting.
What Sets You Apart:
Experience with Costpoint
Experience managing cost-type and firm fixed price (FFP) procurement contract types, experience with Other Transactions is a plus
Experience with Contract Managing Systems
Experience with federal government contracting requirements; FAR/DFAR interpretations
Experience with financial reporting
Experience working with SAP or other Enterprise Resource System
Audit support experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
About Tactical Space Systems: provides small-medium satellites for commercial/government use, leading in-space servicing & logistics. We support 4 satellite orbits, plus national & space security systems.
Salary Range: $43,100 - $71,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
