This role reports into our Corporate Headquarter located in Germantown, WI. Are you passionate about legal and regulatory programs? You will assist in managing legal and regulatory programs, supporting transactional activities, and maintaining corporate records. RESPONSIBILITIES Prepares and manages corporate governance and organization materials, including board meeting presentations, minutes, resolutions, and corporate organization materials and filings. Develops, maintains, and administers a corporate filing calendar and checklist for the filings for each corporate entity. Coordinates review of law firm billings, develops and manages law firm billing guidelines, and ensures accuracy and alignment of law firm billings with budget. Assists with various regulatory certifications and surveys from customers and suppliers. Assists with filings and reports required by governmental and regulatory bodies. Reviews and revises nondisclosure agreements and other legal documents under the supervision of legal counsel. Manages the contract lifecycle, including tracking deadlines and renewals. Assists with litigation-related tasks, such as responding to inquiries, managing the litigation hold process, assisting with document protection, and coordinating communications with in-house and outside counsel. Click Here for a summary of Employee Benefits. QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of experience as a paralegal required, preferably in a law firm or corporate setting. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Law is preferred. Certification under the Wisconsin Certified Paralegal program through the State Bar of Wisconsin, or certification under a similar program, is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong knowledge of corporate governance and organization principles and administration. Proficiency in legal research tools and contract management software. Familiarity with entity management systems or other legal software.
