As an E-Coat Technician, you will operate and monitor the e-coat system to apply color coatings to metal parts using programmable hoist equipment. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you\'ll ensure correct operating parameters, handle part preparation, and support process improvements. This hands-on role requires maintaining a safe, clean work area while meeting quality and production goals. You Will: Transport bath samples, coatings, and chemicals using approved carts and methods.
