Assistant Vice President - Technical Planning & DevelopmentAnalyze functional requirements and Interface designs for the software applications. Analyze user requirements and reconcile conflicts, assessing insurance industry regulations and compliance. Manage the development and maintenance of Disability Insurance & Paid Family Leave Benefit software application functionalities in .Net platform with Informix. Review technical applications utilizing knowledge of database technologies, databases & algorithms, web application development and web server technologies, XML technologies and application, and .Net Enterprise server framework. Control project scope, cost and schedule by applying Project Management Institute’s standard processes. Establish standardized enterprise reporting and analytic solutions to be used across the organization using knowledge of Business Intelligence, Power BI and other advanced reporting tools and services. Automate and enhance existing processes for document management and customer services using advanced AI based technologies like Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and hand writing recognition. Design and lead project initiatives for document printing, automation and e-delivery using technical knowledge of Informix and Elixir systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot intermediate to complex problems with computer operating systems and application configuration. Develop conceptual and logical data models to help software team integrate the database with applications.Requires Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Information Technology, Advanced Software Technologies or related with 2 years experience in life insurance field as Sr. Business Analyst, Module Lead and/or related. Experience to include disability and life insurance business model, MS Visio, project management, data modeling and application testing. Requires any insurance domain certification.

Minimum Salary: 169,229 Maximum Salary: 200,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
