Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Liaise with the sales team to support overall sales process, pipeline management and day-to-day sales operations including quotations, inquiries, forecast.
Work closely with the team to understand CRM-related business reporting requirements and generate the comprehensive sales reports
Facilitate communication with multi-functional team members, Finance, CX, SCM and various customers
Responsible for Salesforce data management
Coordinate monthly Sales operations and Operations Planning (S&OP) activities
Provide administrative support for effective sales planning and operational efficiency
Handle ad hoc report requests throughout the week
Participate in ad hoc projects to deliver analytic findings or to improve the process.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of related experience in Sales administrator or Sales Operation Specialist
Equivalent experience or a Bachelor's degree
Excellent MS-Office skills. Familiarity with ERP (Oracle, SAP) and CRM (Salesforce.com)
Excellent English & Korean verbal and written communication skills
Strong business analytical/reporting skills with attention to detail
Ability to work at speed and prioritize effectively
Ability to work as part of a team under pressure.
