Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist .

In this role you will be mainly responsible for developing and launching marketing campaign for bioprocessing, especially single use hardware and consumable portfolio. The candidate will need to be customer-centric, collaborative and playing an active positive role in working with internal and external partners to achieve company and customer goal.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Build and implement marketing campaigns of bioproduction portfolio – mainly responsible for bioprocessing single use portfolio such as single use bioreactor, mixer, single use bag and bottles.

• Conduct thorough analysis of customer segments, competitors, business trends, and market opportunities to drive strategic decision-making.

• Create marketing qualified leads by localizing marketing campaigns and programs.

• Launch and promote key new products through multiple channels to increase market reach.

• Support the dynamic and evolving bioprocess market by adopting a vertical marketing approach, targeting specific segments such as antibody therapeutics and vaccine markets.

• Collaborate with individuals and teams from different departments and regions to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives, including cross-functional teams, the Asia Pacific marketing team, and customer communication.

We are looking for a proven marketing professional with a passion for the life sciences industry. The ideal candidate should have:

• A bachelor's degree.

• Requires minimum 5 years of experience in marketing at Bio-related field such as bioprocessing, pharmaceutical or life science.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect and analyze market data.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
