JOB PURPOSE:

- Maximize Beyfortus hospital access including hospital listing and safe operation following Beyfortus expansion strategy
在乐唯初品牌策略下最大化关键医院可及并保障安全运营
- Being HA focal for cross-functional collaboration to improve KOL/HCP concept by establishing regional academic platforms especially for hospital management level
以HA联合跨部门搭建区域(省/市级)学术平台,聚焦医院管理层提升KOL/HCP观念
- Facilitate the mechanism and business pathways for maternal education, generalize and transform such mechanism and pathways into enforceable business-promoting strategies and programs to support brand promotion strategy;
推动对孕产妇的宣教机制和业务路径,总结并转化为推动业务的可执行的策略方案,支持公司相关产品品牌策略;
- Carry out professional promotion, and observe proper code of conduct
执行专业推广,遵守正确的行为规范
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责:
Beyfortus promotion
- Establish solid relationship with critical maternal and children hospitals including key account management and academic cooperation program conduction. Conduct regular visits to hospital management stakeholders(e.g. hospital president, pharmacy department head, etc.)
在重点妇幼保健院助产机构建立坚固关系,进行关键大客户管理和合作学术项目开展,对医院管理层如院长、药剂科主任等进行常规定期拜访
- Lead local taskforce to drive hospital access in successful breakthrough and achieve sustainable formal listing
与跨团队合作推动医院药品可及,包括成功突破并获得可持续正式进院列名
- Lead local taskforce to drive safely operation in responsible hospitals. Conduct products promotion in hospital medicament and monitor stock, protect the products on hospital capping
与跨团队合作推动所辖医院安全运营,在医院药剂科进行推广、库存监控并保护产品稳定于院控管理
- Cooperate closely with field force to understand support needed from hospital management and pharmacy and mobilize resources for implementation
与区域团队紧密合作,了解医院管理层合作需求并及时协调资源
PTX & Beyfortus B2C education
Further facilitate the mechanism and business pathways for maternal education, generalize and transform such mechanism and pathways into enforceable business-promoting strategies and programs to support brand promotion strategy
进一步探索、推动对孕产妇的宣教机制和业务路径,总结并转化为推动业务的可执行的策略方案, ,支持公司相关产品品牌策略;
1) Seek new patterns for promotion by means of innovative thinking, set up a mechanism for education of target customers and improve the coverage
以创新性思维探索新的推广模式,建立对目标客户的宣教机制并提升覆盖率。
2) Formulate and update local Rules for Standard Management of Schools for Pregnant Women and set up relevant assessment mechanisms through associations or maternal and child management systems
通过协会或妇幼管理系统,制定、更新当地的孕产妇宣教规范,设定相关考核机制。
3) Push forward the pilot “Online Health Education Project on Obstetrics department and Post-natal Visit” of the Maternal and Child Management System, and make it accessible throughout the country.
推动妇幼管理系统开展“产科和产后线上健康宣教项目”至全国,并持续优化以取得更好结果。
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
学历:Bachelor’s degree (or above) in medicine related fields of expertise
医药相关专业本科或本科以上学历背景
Experience & knowledge:
工作经验和相关知识:
• At least 5 years working experience in special medicine promotion
至少5年特药专业推广经验
• Experience in hospital key account management and knowledge of hospital medicament branch
有医院关键客户管理经验及医院药剂科资源
• Familiar with ongoing laws, regulations and policies on pharmaceutical products and bio products
熟悉当前医药及生物制品相关法规政策
• Experience in application knowledge on vaccine product sales and marketing promotion activities is added value
有疫苗销售及市场推广活动经验为加分项
