Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, reading, and repairing ladder logic on Allen Bradley PLCs. You will diagnose and repair AC and DC motor controls, replace belts, pulleys, cables, chains, bearings, gears, and related equipment. Additionally, you will perform preventative maintenance tasks and assist with various machine maintenance tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, read, and repair ladder logic on PLCs
Diagnose and repair AC and DC motor controls
Replace belts, pulleys, cables, chains, bearings, gears, and related equipment
Perform Preventative Maintenance tasks
Troubleshoot robot drives
Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulics and pneumatics
Communicate with other plant personnel to review deficiencies
Emphasize Preventative Maintenance within the plant
Assist with work orders as required by the Maintenance Manager
Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures
Essential Skills
Electrical Troubleshooting
Hydraulics and Pneumatics
Mechanical Troubleshooting
PLC troubleshooting
Ability to read and repair ladder logic on Allen Bradley PLCs
Experience with diagnosing and repairing AC and DC motor controls
Experience with replacing belts, pulleys, cables, chains, bearings, gears, and related equipment
