Description

Real estate development company is in expanding and seeking a real estate paralegal with 3+ years to join its legal team in its Southwest Florida headquarters. This real estate paralegal reports into the General Counsel. Position is 100% on-site with flexibility as to office hours. Base salary up to $85,000 plus PTO, 401k contribution and full benefits. Excellent work environment where the team collaborates effectively to complete projects.

Job requirements:

• Preparation of real estate documents including title and survey reviews, along with the coordination of closings.

• Collaborating with attorneys on real estate acquisitions, sales, financing, title documents, surveys, and leases.

• Proficiency in preparing closing disclosures, HUD, and closing documents.

• Handling administrative duties related to real estate transactions.

• Working with both commercial and corporate real estate matters.

• Managing real estate leasing processes.

• Ensuring effective calendar management to meet deadlines .

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate

• 3+ years of real estate paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills; ability to work efficiently with team members across multiple departments and with outside counsel and vendors
