We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in the Real Estate & Property industry. The position is based in Fresno, California. The role involves managing various accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations for a portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily accounting tasks associated with a property portfolio

• Prepare and review monthly financial reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Utilize industry-specific software to maintain property and tenant records

• Process tenant billings and handle related financial transactions

• Contribute to the creation and management of budgets

• Assist in or lead special projects as required

• Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in all accounting functions

• Communicate effectively across various departments

• Utilize strong problem-solving abilities to resolve customer inquiries

• Prioritize workload and manage time effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting Software Systems such as ADP - Financial Services and Great Plains (GPAC) is required. Experience with Yardi software would be advantageous.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of Computerized Accounting Systems

• Familiarity with Yardi software

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to manage all Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to prepare and manage Annual Budget

• Experience in Cash Flow Analysis

• Real Estate & Property industry experience preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
