Payroll/HR Administrator needed in Fremont, Oh!!!!

Shift: 1st

Pay: $28.00+ DOE

 

Duties:

  • Process payroll for all employees
  • Maintain accurate payroll records
  • Assist with the accounting department to ensure financial reporting of payroll
  • Administer employee benefit programs
  • Assist with the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
  • Follow EEOC laws, WC procedures/compensation
  • Assist with management performance

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience in HR
  • Paylocity
  • Microsoft Office Suite- excel, word, Outlook, Workspace, Google, etc. 
  • Prefer a Degree in HR, Payroll
