Payroll/HR Administrator needed in Fremont, Oh!!!!
Shift: 1st
Pay: $28.00+ DOE
Duties:
- Process payroll for all employees
- Maintain accurate payroll records
- Assist with the accounting department to ensure financial reporting of payroll
- Administer employee benefit programs
- Assist with the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
- Follow EEOC laws, WC procedures/compensation
- Assist with management performance
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in HR
- Paylocity
- Microsoft Office Suite- excel, word, Outlook, Workspace, Google, etc.
- Prefer a Degree in HR, Payroll
