3rd Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair food processing equipment.

• Repair and replace blades, conveyors, belts, motors, bagging machines, CryoVac machine, robotics, boilers, chillers, and compressors.

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.

• Supervise 3rd shift maintenance activities.

Work Environment

The facility is located near Franklin, WI (3rd shift hours from 10:45 PM to 7 AM) typically working 6 days a week on a rotation with significant overtime. Training on 1st shift for about 1 month is required before moving to the 3rd shift. There is a $2/hour shift premium for all hours worked between 6 PM and 6 AM. The work environment is set at 55 degrees.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
