As a Test Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting quality assurance and engineering activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a technical background, and a commitment to continuous improvement which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Technician

Location: Franklin, MA

Pay Range: $26.10 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform technical functions supporting manufacturing and engineering activities.

• Conduct functional testing and analysis of products to ensure operation and reliability.

• Run diagnostic procedures and basic troubleshooting from design to assembly tasks.

• Analyze and troubleshoot failures using diagnostic software and test equipment.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in processes, quality, and productivity.

What's Needed?

• Technical background and relevant degree.

• Ability to move fully loaded board racks and safely handle equipment.

• Proficient technical aptitude with the ability to describe subsystems functionally.

• Mentoring and coaching skills to influence others towards achieving results.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain test logs and highlight failure trends.
