The dual-brand hotel “Sheraton & Marriott Frankfurt Airport Hotel” combines two premium brands into one employer! Have you already found your passion in Convention Sales with all its facets? Come and join us as Account Director UK (m/f/d). Two brands - endless possibilities!

Your most important tasks include:

  • Supporting the client portfolio and acquiring new clients

  • Close cooperation with the global sales offices

  • Development and implementation of key account strategies

  • Sales trips to the respective region

  • Contact person for contract negotiations within the UK sales region

  • Coordinate national and international customer inquiries and offers

  • Establish, maintain and optimize business relationships

  • Attending trade fairs

  • Sharing responsibility for sales strategies in line with budget targets

  • Responsibility for recognizing market trends at an early stage

  • Advising your colleagues with the help of your specialist knowledge

  • Organize and implement fam trips, presentations and sales blitzes

  • Sharing responsibility for achieving business targets and focusing on optimal utilization of hotel capacity

  • Optimal presentation of the hotel when conducting house tours

Be able.

  • You are enthusiastic about sales and want to take your next step.

  • You are a proactive team member with passion.

  • You are a talented communicator with a personable and professional demeanor and strong negotiation skills.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • You are familiar with the common MS Office applications.

  • High level of self-motivation and excellent communication skills in German and English.

  • Completed training or studies preferably in the hotel or tourism industry with relevant professional experience.

  • You are willing to travel and may already have UK experience.
