Adecco US, Inc. Office Support Assistant in Frankfort, Kentucky

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Receptionist position in Frankfort, Kentucky. This is a long-term, temporary opportunity.

Working in this role under general supervision, you would be responsible for performing a variety of office clerical related duties such as answering phones and greeting and assisting guests.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualified candidates should have a strong background in the following areas:

  1. Greeting and assisting guests and visitors at the front desk.

  2. Representing the facility to visitors and callers in an engaging, courteous and professional manner.

  3. Performing administrative support tasks

  4. Alerting members of administration of appointment arrivals

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires completion of a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of experience and education; normally requires less than one (1) year of equivalent work experience.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Ability to read and understand the English language.

  2. Must possess the ability to handle multiple assignments and issues, the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment

  3. Strong organizational skills; detail oriented.

  4. Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook

  5. Maintain appropriate attendance standards.

  6. Maintain appropriate productivity standards.

Pay Details: $13.58 per hour
