The Role

The Regional Activation Director is a crucial leader responsible for driving sales results and optimizing team performance within the Mid-Market sector. This position collaborates closely with various departments to leverage programs, initiatives, and innovative strategies that enhance sales outcomes. The ideal candidate will embody key leadership principles and foster a culture of customer obsession, while working directly with senior leadership to address and resolve performance gaps.

The professional in this role resides within the continental USA and works from home.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Driving Sales Results in Mid- Markets with strong strategies to maximize revenue

  • Leveraging Programs and Initiatives and ensuring alignment of Marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with Revenue Enablement and Field Marketing Teams to utilize programs that drive sales results.

  • Coaching and Development to enable sales leaders' effort focus on business outcomes rather than price and product functionality.

  • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team capabilities.

  • Technology Optimization and effective application of technology resources and tools.

  • Cultural Leadership with exemplifying Dare to Lead and Customer Obsession principles to enrich the Sales organizational culture.

  • Performance Management with working and in hand with Senior Director to identify and address performance gaps within the team

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the Mid-Market sector.

  • Strong understanding of sales enablement and marketing initiatives.

  • Excellent coaching and development skills.

  • Proficiency in leveraging technology and enablement tools to drive sales results.

  • Ability to exemplify and promote key leadership principles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Five plus years Sales, account management experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in making an impact and driving business outcomes

  • Experience in presenting, consulting, coaching, and advising sales leaders and well as front-line sales teams

  • Possesses leadership qualities and applies emotional intelligence to coaching practices

  • Passionate and effective in educating, empowering and inspiring teams

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to influence and build strategic relationships

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced, multifaceted enablement team and environment

  • Ability to coach the coach in driving change with sustainable results

  • Knowledge of MSOffice (Excel, Word, Power Point) in creating professional enablement/training content with ability to quickly learn new application software skill

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.

Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$132,300.00 - $176,400.00 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.

$138,915.00 - $185,220.00 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.

$145,530.00 - $194,040.00 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
