Omnicell Sr. Program Manager in Fort Worth, Texas
Job Summary:
The Senior Organizational Development Manager will focus on activating our Culture of Care, Organizational Effectiveness strategies, and the Employee Experience. The leader in this role is responsible for shaping a high-performing and inclusive culture that fosters engagement, belonging and organizational effectiveness. This role leads enterprise-wide strategies to enhance the employee experience, drive cultural transformation, and embeds DEI+B principles into business practices.
Partnering with senior leaders, HR teams, and employee resource groups, this leader ensures that culture, inclusion, and high performing organization practices are embedded into leadership behaviors, people processes, and workplace experiences.
Responsibilities
Culture & Employee Experience
Develop and implement a culture strategy that aligns with the company purpose, promise, and guiding principles
Lead enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace experience
Utilize feedback, pulse surveys, and engagement data to identify trends and drive action plans that improve culture and retention
Partner with Employee Culture Groups to drive meaningful inclusion experiences and integrate principles that foster inclusion and belonging into people processes
Partner with HR People Strategists, Communications, and Leadership to create meaningful storytelling, messaging, and experiences to cultivate our company culture.
Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management
Design and implement frameworks for organizational effectiveness, team effectiveness, and change readiness
Provide expertise on workforce transformation, collaboration models, and business agility to improve team performance
Serve as an advisor to senior leaders, helping them build high-performing, inclusive teams
Lead change management strategies to support People Organization initiatives
Leadership Development
Embed inclusive leadership, culture-building, and change leadership into manager training programs
Develop and deliver employee experience insights to influence executive decision-making
Partner with Communications to ensure alignment of internal messaging, storytelling, and engagement campaigns
Required Knowledge and Skills
Expertise in culture transformation, employee experience, inclusion and belonging strategy
Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness, team dynamics, and change leadership
Experience leveraging employee insights, engagement surveys, and workforce analytics to drive business impact
Exceptional influence and stakeholder management skills at all levels
Ability to translate business goals into culture and inclusion strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business or related field
7+ years of experience in culture transformation, organizational effectiveness, employee experience and/or DEI+B
Proven ability to design and lead culture and engagement strategies in a complex, matrixed organization
Experience working with Senior Leaders, HR People Strategists, and employee resource groups to drive enterprise-wide change
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in navigating complex organizations with a focus on enterprise-wide talent strategies
Certification in change management methodologies (eg Prosci, Kotter), leadership assessments (Hogan), leadership coaching, and inclusive leadership frameworks.
Work Conditions
Fully remote role
Up to 20% travel
