Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Coordinator to join our team in FORT WAYNE, Indiana. This role is primarily focused on managing vehicles through our system from the point of delivery to sale. The position is situated within the Fleet Lease department and plays a crucial role in customer service representation. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing fleet, rentals, and repo units through the system following customer release

• Managing redemptions as they occur

• Handling pick up notices and coordinating with the qualifier for scheduling

• Setting the sale for all lease and repo vehicles

• Entering all charges for deduction from proceeds or billing charges when vehicle is released

• Processing payments for customers accurately and timely

• Conducting pre and post-sale audits to ensure all due funds are collected

• Completing and disbursing pre and post-sale reporting to clients

• Following vehicles through the process acting as a liaison between customer and our internal departments

• Processing conditional sales on sale day

• Handling follow up paperwork, post sale, for lease customers Requirements • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Strong customer service skills with experience in a call center environment

• Ability to manage data entry tasks efficiently and accurately

• Excellent email correspondence skills

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively

• Experience in order entry processes

• Ability to answer inbound calls in a timely and detail oriented manner

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
