Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Fort Wayne, Indiana

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in FORT WAYNE, Indiana. The selected individual will play a vital role in our operations unit, primarily handling the coordination of accreditation activities and assessment services. The role involves a diverse set of responsibilities, including customer service, scheduling, and data maintenance, within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and scheduling pre- and post-assessment activities to ensure adherence to ISO/IEC 17011

• Facilitating communication with clients, assessment team members, and decision makers during the assessment process

• Attending and contributing to Operations Unit meetings regularly

• Maintaining and managing data records related to the assessment process

• Processing new CAB application workflows and ensuring timely completion

• Reviewing and approving assessment team member invoices in a timely manner

• Actively participating in the review of applications and building of assessment teams, where applicable

• Managing project schedules, conducting research, and managing various projects

• Providing support in internal audits and external evaluations

• Addressing internal management system findings, including immediate correction, cause analysis, and corrective action related to operations. Requirements • Must possess strong Customer Service skills

• Demonstrated ability in Project Scheduling and Scheduling

• Experience in Project Tracking is essential

• Proficiency in Database management and usage

• Ability to Process Expense Reports efficiently

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

• Familiarity with administrative procedures and systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks

• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
