About You and this Role

Dowis seeking aContract Time Administratorto join our team inFort Saskatchewan (AB, CAN).

In this role, you will act as a maintenance focal point and assist with the administration of maintenance service contracts and interactions with service contractor company representatives.

Responsibilities

• Supports time administration, billing and invoicing processes to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.

• Acts as a source of guidance regarding labor purchase orders and invoice related questions to other team members.

• Resolves discrepancies and errors with labor invoices/payments and follows up accordingly.

• Understands maintenance, turnaround and project processes and activities to effectively manage contractor performance in cooperation with other team members and stakeholders.

• Works with Purchasing Sourcing Specialists in the assessment of contract terms and conditions to ensure effective processing in SAP.

• Supports the Contract Admin team on the performance of service contractors to ensure that their work is completed safely, effectively and efficiently while also ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.

• Fosters a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in Canada. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including any type of permanent residency support.
