Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Fort Pierce, Florida. This role involves handling full cycle accounts receivable and B2B collections, dealing with large grocer retail deductions, and operating within NetSuite's and other ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the full cycle of accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and timely.

• Manage B2B collections, using diplomatic and effective communication skills to ensure prompt payment.

• Handle large grocer retail deductions, maintaining a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.

• Operate within NetSuite and other ERP systems, demonstrating proficiency and efficiency in these software platforms.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites to maintain and organize data.

• Perform accounting functions such as check processing and managing cash activity.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records and resolve any customer credit inquiries.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with IBM AS/400

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge of Billing Functions

• Familiarity with Cash Activity and Check Processing

• Experience in B2B collections

• Proficiency in NetSuite

• Experience in accounts receivable specialist role or similar accounting role

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of financial regulations and procedures

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
