Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Developer to join our team. As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications to support our business processes and enhance our overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.

  • Design and develop Pega applications using Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform.

  • Configure and customize Pega applications to meet specific business requirements.

  • Implement best practices and design principles to ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the Pega applications.

  • Perform unit testing and debugging of Pega applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega applications with other systems and technologies.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega applications in production environments.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and trends and propose innovative solutions to improve application performance and user experience.

Depth & Scope:

  • Expert knowledge of the business, the broader organization, technical environment, processes, procedures, tools and other relevant technology areas (e.g. Architecture, Infrastructure, Security etc.) from a design / support / solutions perspective

  • Primary subject matter expert in multiple areas and consults with clients/or project teams with respect to all aspects of research, analysis, design, hardware / software support

  • Expert knowledge of specific domain or range of engineering frameworks, technology, tools, processes and procedures, as well as organization issues

  • Works independently and/or autonomously as a senior/ lead on a diverse range of tasks / operational support of solutions

Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree, Post Graduate degree or Technical Certificate

  • Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering)

  • Graduate degree nice to have

  • 5-7 years relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform and Pega application development.

  • Proficiency in Pega configuration, customization, and integration.

  • One or more Pega Architect certifications

  • Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using Pega methodologies and best practices.

  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
