Job Summary

Join our team as a CADD Designer, where you’ll play a key role in supporting capital projects and engineering initiatives across our Enterprise. In this position, you will leverage your technical design and drafting expertise to develop detailed drawings, layouts, and schematics using Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) software. You will also work closely with our Engineer, Plant Operations, and R& D Teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

What you need to be considered for the role:

  • 2 Year / Associates Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Design, or other related field required, with curriculum focused at utilization of Autodesk, AutoCad, or other comparable CAD software and design practices.

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with AutoCAD in an engineering environment.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

  • Ability to accept direction and information from internal resources, equipment suppliers and contractors in the development and implementation of CADD designs and documents.

  • The ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information, technical information, and governmental regulations.

  • Ability to work with mathematical and engineering concepts, calculations and designs in support of work activities and duties.

  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations and designs.

  • Must possess knowledge and ability to work effectively utilizing Autodesk AutoCad software.

  • Application and utilization of Xrefs, customized blocks, drawing attributes, drawing symbology, and customization in creating drawings and documents.

  • Effective utilization of AutoCAD software and functions.

  • Effective utilization of ”BlueCielo Teamwork” drawing database software.
