Job Description
Provide supervision and leadership within the Clinical Nutrition and Patient Food Service realms of the department
Responsible for Overall Clinical Nutrition Operations
Serves as the entity CBORD administrator.
Timely deployment and over sight for new service lines including inpatient and outpatient Clinical Dietitian Program.
Education
Bachelor's Degree Nutrition, Food Service or related field required
Experience
3 years experience as a Registered Dietitian and 3 years progressive leadership experience is required
Licenses and Certifications
RD - Registered Dietitian or RDN - Registered Dietitian Nutritionist required upon hire
CDR - Commission on Dietetic Registration Certification, or, CDE/CDCES - Certified Diabetes Educator/Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, or, CNSC - Certified Nutrition Support Clinician, or, CSG, CSSD, CSP, CSR, SCO required upon hire
Skills
Written and oral communication skills. Must be able to operate computer software
applications. Customer service skills, the ability to function in a fast-paced environment and
work as a team member are required
Supervision
This position manages people 5-9
