This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Supply Chain organization. Our crossdock operations are critical in providing best in class customer service to our furniture customers.

• This is an on-site position based out of our Fife, WA Crossdock

• This role is an Individual Contributor position

  A day in the life as a Crossdock Home Delivery Coordinator

• Manage the shipment and routing of outbound freight to ensure cost-efficient and timely delivery of product

• Partner with internal stakeholders, drivers, vendors, customers, and contracted carriers in planning the movement of freight

• Handle and resolve escalated customer service issues directly with the customer

• Investigate and resolve issues related to damages, shortages, and overages

• Coordinate communications between the cross-dock, stores, drivers and Distribution Center to maintain the highest level of service

  What you’ll bring to the table…

• Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Basic English Language proficiency

• A minimum of 1+ years of related work experience

• Customer service experience preferred

• Associate’s degree in related field

• Strong Mathematical skills

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• High attention to detail

• Familiarity with AS400

Minimum Starting Rate: $21.00 Hourly

Up to: $26.25 Hourly

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
