Play a Key Role in High-Tech Component Assembly!

Job Summary:

Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a dedicated Remanufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team! As a Remanufacturing Technician, you will perform disassembly, cleaning, requalification, rework, and assembly of Traction Motor Combo components using manual and automated equipment. Responsibilities include inspections, documentation, and adherence to safety and quality procedures. Specialized process training may be required.

Pay: $22.50/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Follow all EHS policies and procedures

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble traction motor components

• Operate manual and automated equipment, hydraulic & pneumatic tools

• Conduct quality inspections using measuring devices

• Maintain process documentation and support lean manufacturing

• Complete on-the-job training and required certifications

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing

• Knowledge of EHS procedures and hand tools

• Experience with inspection and measuring equipment

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

• Willing to work overtime as needed

Pay Details: $22.50 per hour
