We are currently looking for an administrative assistant to work closely with our project coordinators in our client's Farmingdale NY headquarters. This is NOT a remote position. The ideal candidate is a team player, that is well organized (written & verbal communication skills), seeking full time contract to hire employment and can start immediately!

salary: $18 - $19 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• answering incoming calls from customers with existing accounts looking to place orders over the phone.

• entering orders into point of sale system and following order through to delivery

• creating proposals using excel spreadsheets

• printing spec sheets off manufacturers websites
