Do you want to escape dreadful retail hours? Do you feel like your skill set isn't transferable because you're stuck in the retail wheel? Well, that's not true! We are looking for retail associates to work in an office and handle customer service calls! Transfer your skill set from face to face to over the phone! The ideal candidate will be looking for full time work with the ability to work 2 Saturdays every month and can commute to Farmingdale!

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist with stores inventory issues

• Call center experience is a MUST

• Good phone etiquette

• Will be dealing with technicians handling repairs

• Will be dealing with consumers calling in about faulty products

• Deals with service and part requests, technicians – B2B and B2C

• File for missing shipments

• Scan parts using a scan gun

• Clerical duties as needed
