A large appliance company in Farmingdale, NY is hiring an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join their growing team! We are seeking an upbeat and reliable professional seeking a new opportunity to grow in the customer service field! This is a fully in office temporary to hire opportunity. Every other Saturday is required after training is complete (Hours: 9am to 2pm on Saturdays only). Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.

• Assist with account setup, updates, cancellations, and process orders, returns, and exchanges.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, escalate complex problems, and ensure complete resolution.

• Update customer information accurately and ensure data confidentiality and security.

• Provide clear, concise, and empathetic information, adapting to diverse customer needs.
