Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective: creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

Due to growth, our team of difference makers at Renewal by Andersen are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our successful Events and Retail Marketing department!

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running reports, managing spreadsheets, and working with various software systems. The successful candidate will be tech-savvy, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

· Run reports and perform data analysis using Excel and other software tools

· Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including expense reports, ledgers, and other financial documents

· Utilize accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to process transactions and maintain financial records

· Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other documents using Microsoft Office and other software applications

· Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and performing other tasks as needed

· Work with various software systems, including Monday.com, WhenIWork.com, Enabled, and Excel

· Create and maintain websites and other digital content using various software tools

· Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team

Requirements:

· 5-10 years of office experience, preferably in an administrative or accounting role

· Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to adapt to new software systems and technology quickly

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

Work Schedule:

The ideal candidate will be expected to work 35-40 hours per week, with the possibility of working unconventional hours. This may include evenings or weekends.

Monday-Friday: 12pm-8pm or 1pm-9pm at least 3 days a week and weekend availability

Compensation and Benefits:

· $30/hourly
