The team you will be a part of

The HR team effectively maintains employee information that meets the organization's legal obligations and assists in human resource management and planning by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and analyses.

This role in summary

Manages contract labor compliances, and statutory and legal compliances. Liasioning the Factories and labor department , Grievance handling , Union Management & Counseling ,Assisting legal cases etc

Your responsibilities will include

  • Strong exposure of Union Handling and worked with them for productivity improvement.

  • Exposure of signing of Long Term Settlement

  • Responsible for all statutory and legal compliances applicable to the factory.

  • Liasioning the Factories and labour department works as when require for factory related work.

  • Contract labour Management -Ensuring the contract labor compliances.

  • Manpower planning - campus hiring of NAPS & NATS apprentices and ensure availability of manpower and skill as per business requirement

  • Labour Cases - Assisting in legal cases in order with termination of employment ,property tax payment.

  • Exposure of conciliation proceedings / resolution of labour complaints in labour department

  • Strict implementation and monitoring the timely remittance of EPF & ESI challan of all contractors as well as organizations.

  • Recreation programmes ,annual celebration and employee retirement benefits.

  • Exposure of dealing with disciplinary cases , conducting the domestic inquiry, drafting of Charge Sheet and show cause letter

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and its implementation

  • Introduced HR help Desk at shop floor level for better communication and relation.

  • Regular monitoring the works committee issues and canteen committee and safety committee grievances.

  • Grievance handling & Counseling of employees.

  • Lean implementation - People Empowerment, Suggestion, Employee turnover,Absenteeism,Safety etc.

  • Ensures vendors for canteen, transportation, medical services etc are complying with statutory regulations through regular checks and audits.

  • Maintains zero grievances against services offered by employee welfare

  • Maintains up to date knowledge and information on employee welfare and benefits within manufacturing industry and keeps abreast of statutory laws

  • Provides critical inputs for identification of vendors for canteen , transportation , uniform and medical services.

  • Monitors and evaluates performance of vendors and provides appropriate feedback and takes corrective actions

Internal & External Coordination:

  • Interacts closely with vendors to ensure quality compliance

  • Deals with unions and employees on day to day employee grievances

  • Interacts with Production & Industrial Relations for gathering inputs on employee welfare.

  • Liaises with government authorities for compliance to Factories ACT and other statutory requirements

Minimum requirements

Qualification : Masters of Social Work /MBA- HR specialization in Industrial relation & labour laws

Experience : 10 Years of relevant experience

Special Requirements : Well versed with Hindi & English language , only manufacturing working experience in North India.

Preferable Industry- FMCG , FMCD & Automobile
