Du hilfst bei der Planung, Entwicklung und Ausführung von u.a. Investitionsprojekten.

Dabei führst du Machbarkeitsstudien sowie qualifizierte Ist-Aufnahmen zur Einführung neuer Produkte/ Technologien durch, auch erstellst du Kosten- und Zeitpläne um Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltanforderungen von Mondelez zu unterstützen. Du trägst dazu bei, dass die Geschäfts- und Innovationsprozesse von Mondelēz im Projektmanagement und die Ausführungsstandards von Mondelēz eingehalten werden.

Die Rolle unterstützt die Durchführung von Projekten, und du wirst für die Qualität der Ergebnisse unter Anwendung der Standards von Mondelēz sowie der Geschäfts- und Innovationsprozesse im Projektmanagement verantwortlich sein. Du hilfst bei der Festlegung und Umsetzung der finanziellen und technischen Agenda während der Entwicklungsphase von Investitionsprojekten in Kooperation mit bereichs- und werksübergreifenden Interessengruppen, sodass korrekte Zeit-. Kosten- und Aktionspläne erstellt werden. Du wirst außerdem dazu beitragen zu gewährleisten, dass die Standards ordnungsgemäß umgesetzt werden, und die Entwicklung und Implementierung modernster Prozesse und Ausrüstungsstrategien unterstützem, um Ressourcen zu optimieren, Wirtschaftsgüter zu harmonisieren und Best Practices umzusetzen.

Was musst du mitbringen?

den Wunsch, etwas für deine Zukunft zu tun und deine Karriere zu beschleunigen. An Erfahrung und Wissen bringst du mit:

• Studium in Projektmanagement / Industriemeister für Lebensmittel oder ähnliche Ausbildung/Studium

• 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Lebensmittelumfeld von Vorteil

• Erfahrung im Milch- und Molkereiumfeld von Vorteil

• Erfahrungen / Kenntnisse mit IL6S Tools

• Fließende Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office Anwendungen
