Our client in Exton, PA is seeking a Reliability Engineer for their medical device manfuacturing client. This company is continuing to grow and is looking to hire for multiple positions. This role will focus on preventative maintenance, equipment reliability, and working in the temp rooms and freeze driers. The Reliability Engineer comes with a competitive base salary, excellent benefits, and bonus opportunities.

responsibilities:

• Improve the plant's reliability regarding equipment and procedures by analyzing the performance of the plant.

• Identify and prioritize performance issues and cost drivers related to equipment reliability by evaluating the performance of the plant in terms of OEE, using statistical methods, RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis)

• Drive equipment Reliability and Cycle Time Efficiency

• Perform Preventative Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance

• CMMS

• Work in Temp Rooms and Freeze Driers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar

• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Previous experience in a regulated industry such as pharma or med device preferred

• Skilled with relevant practices such as FMEA, RCA
