Job Description

Day-to-Day:

  Generate daily and weekly reports with visuals that highlight the top 5 factors impacting progress, ensuring critical thinking in data interpretation.

  Process large datasets, filter out irrelevant information, and forecast trends with built-in milestones.

  Collaboration with team members and stakeholders to monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed

  Help manage and process large volume of data requests that come in

  Implement and provide expert guidance on Smartsheet best practices and optimization

  75% development/Implementation of Smartsheet applications and 25% of creating standards and training others on implementation

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

  Expertise and heavy familiarity with Smartsheet

  Strong excel skills (V-lookups, pivot tables, etc)

  Experience utilizing Tableau to create visuals and clean up data

Ability to handle multiple data projects at once Plusses:

  Experience training or running a team of individuals

Proven track record of successful Smartsheet implementations null
