What's the role?

The Legal Partner provides comprehensive legal support and specialized advisory services to the B2B area, focusing on contract review and drafting, public procurement processes, as well as handling inquiries and resolving legal claims. All of this is aligned with the strategic objectives of Liberty’s Legal and B2B areas, ensuring regulatory compliance and mitigating legal risks in its operations.

How will you add value?

• Providing legal support and assistance in the analysis of bidding documents.

• Providing legal support and assistance in the preparation of appeal filings, responses to rectification requests, clarification requests, or objections in bidding processes.

• Reviewing and drafting contracts for the B2B area.

• Reviewing the legal admissibility requirements of bidding documents and preparing offers.

• Assessing the risk of participation or non-participation in public tenders.

• Reviewing regulatory requirements in both public and private contracts.

• Supporting in conflict resolution.

• Providing general support to the legal department in tasks of a legal nature.

What do you need?

• At least five years of experience in partnership roles.

• Law Degree equivalent Licenciatura.

• Minimum of two years of experience in public bidding procedures.

• Knowledge and experience in SICOP system.

• Advanced English proficiency
