Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Process and Program Coordinator to support continuous process improvement, efficiencies and effectiveness across the end-to-end hiring and onboarding process. This position reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, Strategic Initiatives. They will partner with recruitment and HR team members on enterprise-wide recruiting initiatives, and provide program and process support to deliver elevated hiring manager and candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive continuous improvement via participating in process workshop sessions to map current state, propose opportunities to improve processes, document future state process flows and requirements for system and solution design
Partner with recruitment team members and stakeholders to drive toward optimal solution recommendations
Adhere to project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes related to projects to drive program value or process improvement
Update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation, process flow charts, policy documentation, and related training materials
Work cross-functionally with HR, TA Leadership, and recruiting delivery teams to execute projects and help define requirements and design for process improvements
Create presentations to communicate process and program changes/enhancements to TA/HR leadership and stakeholders
Other coordination support as necessary for the TA Strategic Initiatives Team
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Ideally 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, recruitment operations, or process documentation
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with process optimization and documentation
Experience building relationships and communicating with internal and external partners at various levels within the organization
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with strong problem-solving skills
Demonstrated customer service skills, ability to understand and professionally respond to customer needs required
Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite (ie. Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
Preferred experience and knowledge of Talent Acquisition hiring practices

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $54,650.00/Year - $78,100.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
