TTEC Contract Compliance/Governance Analyst in Englewood, Colorado

What You’ll Do

Responsible for the critical review, analysis and monitoring of Client contract requirements. Communicate information on requirements to the relevant parties and ensure requirements are met and documented.

You’ll consistently impact the business, the teams you support, and the various departments you partner with through your analysis and recommendations.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Contract Compliance - Ensure strict adherence to mutually agreed-upon contract terms. Examine, analyze, monitor and communicate contract performance and changes to continually meet all contract requirements including but not limited to MSAs, SOWs, Job Orders and Change Orders. Understand and communicate the interrelation of each.

  • Requirements Tracking – Create deliverable list with owners and timeline of deliverables ensuring advance notification on upcoming deliverables as well as obtaining evidence deliverable was delivered in compliance with contractual obligation.

  • Communication - Create and distribute written communications highlighting contractual and compliance requirements, owners and deliverable timing. Create and present reports to management on contract compliance related items, processes, problems and solutions. Effectively and professionally communicate with all business partners including identified client representatives.

  • Recommend tools, documentation and process improvements to more senior staff.

  • Manage client SOP review and update process, ensure SOPs meet contract and regulatory requirements.

  • Works with Customer Success Partners, Legal, Delivery and other departments to ensure that services meet contractual and regulatory requirements. May require client interaction.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Minimum of 1 years of contracts management or compliance related experience.

  • Experience working in legal team or education such as paralegal, legal assistant preferred.

  • Prior experience working for a BPO preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong verbal and written communication and time management skills.

  • Stakeholder focused.

  • Willingness to learn.

  • Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Proven planning, coordination and organization skills, commitment to quality work, self-motivated, and good human relations skills.

  • Ability to read, interpret and apply policy and regulations.

  • Proven track record of working independently, teamwork, and the ability to adapt when working with others and their schedules.

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
